super bowl sunday

well, lawson sort of survived his first super bowl. he was pumped up for the game, but it was a let down when our team lost. he was even practicing catching the football, just in case the team needed him!

elephant check in

it is now into month 3 that our little offspring has been with us. he has grown so much, and the time is just flying by. it really takes me back when i see how much bigger he is then is elephant (our measuring tape).

tummy time

tummy time is not Lawson's favorite, but he seems to like it a lot more when daddy is there with him.

Once again, Chewy is not all that helpful.

Alright, so maybe Lawson really, really, really does NOT like tummy time.

thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner with Becca's parents. It was so sweet of them to invite us over for the holiday.




P.S. Everyone loved Lawson's hat. It was a hit!

chilling with mommy

Mommy gets to relax with Lawson also. I am really enjoying all the time him and I are getting to spend with each other. I really cherish these kind of times. He is the sweetest little man!!

Lawson has received so many cute things, and there just is not enough time to take pictures of them all. We wanted to say a special thanks to great grandma Ruth for this super super cute hat. We love it, and he looks so in style!!

oh, how he has grown!

Lawson is now just over 1 month old, so I thought it would be a good time to compare how much he has grown.  As a reminder, this was Lawson at day 1.

Now here he is at 1 month.  What a difference this month has made!!

trick or treat

This is Lawson's first Halloween, and I really wanted to dress him up.  So, while my mother was in town, we went out and bought Lawson a halloween costume.  The problem was that he was too small for anything we were going to get, so we went with a cow and we figured that we could just slide him through the neck (which we did).  His feet are just above the legs of the outfit.  

Lets just say, he was not all that happy with being dressed up like a cow.  

We were able to find this ghost shirt also.  This one was at least only semi-big on him.

Last but not least, Grandma Roberta brought over some new outfits for Lawson.  They were so cute, we had to try at least one on.  

He liked this outfit way more than being a cow.
