our next project already started

So we have started fixing our wall in the basement. We are becoming unstoppable remodeling fanatics. We have some great plans for this space, so we hope it turns out good. Check back to find out the finished product.

finally, a complete kitchen

our last missing piece finally came in today. eric spent half the day getting and installing our new microwave. it is great to now be finally complete. and of course, we had to get lawson in on the pictures.

the daily grind

so now that my kitchen is mostly done, i have decided to buckle down and get more serious about finishing my school work. if i had thought about it more, i would have tried harder to get done before Lawson was born. i thought it was hard before he came along. now, he wants mommy's attention all the time. So today i tried using this swing chair we had (he is just big enough to kind of sit in it). lawson seemed to enjoy it.

then i tried to explain to him what i was doing. this is how he feels about homework already!

It was all a lot to take in, so little man had to take a nap. i just let him keep swinging.


so, this is lawson's and my day. it is a hard day for everyone.

super bowl sunday

well, lawson sort of survived his first super bowl. he was pumped up for the game, but it was a let down when our team lost. he was even practicing catching the football, just in case the team needed him!

and finally, we are back home after a long day of football
